OUR SERVICES

Our shelters are for LGBTIQ+ people who have become homeless whilst living in London and do not feel able to access mainstream services.

Residents are referred through our Outreach and LGBTIQ+ Centre team. Our services provide a short term crisis intervention whilst we support people to find stable housing

We are a frontline only service and do not work remotely. Self referrals are only available for our Trans+ Winter Night Shelter which is open between Dec-April.

If you are looking for housing advice there are national LGBTIQ+ youth, domestic abuse and housing advice helplines listed further down this page or click HERE

We do not accept agency referrals and are unable to provide free consultation

  • As a small non-profit we are unable to respond to the national absence of LGBTIQ+ housing. Please contact your local commissioner and MP re: the absence of specialist LGBTIQ+ housing services in your area.

 Westminster LGBTIQ+ Outreach Service

Our Westminster Outreach service provides identity responsive support to LGBTIQ+ individuals who live in The City Of Westminster.

We work in response to those within the LGBTIQ+ community who feel endangered, who are homeless, ‘hidden’ homeless and feel that they are on the outside of services due to historical and present prejudice in society and in their homes. In the instance a referral is accepted, an allocated outreach worker will work alongside the you / them and any related agencies that you / they are linked in with.

This outreach service is restricted to those who are based in Westminster only. Please email For more information Lee@lgbtiqoutside.org
