We recognise and value the role of volunteers in our foundations and across the non-profit sector, however, our campaign has always been to be funded correctly by the state so that we do not have to rely on free labour from our community

 

From time to time we might do a call out for volunteering for one off, unfunded or emergency projects, like our DIY days when we were building the Trans+ Winter Night Shelter

 

We have been working in partnership with Friends of The Joiners Arms to develop traineeship roles that are paid at London Living Wage. Find out more about this HERE
